Essity acquires US orthopaedics and wound care companies
Hygiene and health company Essity has acquired orthopaedics company AquaCast Liner, a provider of waterproof cast liners on the US market. The purchase price was not disclosed.
With this acquisition the Sweden-based company is strengthening its market position in fracture management while extending its portfolio offering in the waterproof and water-resistant cast segment.
