Vietnamese fibre enterprises report improved earnings

he earnings of enterprises in Vietnam’s fibre industry have shown signs of improvement in the first half of this year and are expected to grow more positively in the coming months as demand recovers.
For example, in the second quarter, Century Synthetic Fiber’s revenue increased by 41.5% compared with the first quarter of 2023 and net profit increased 22 times. The company said export revenue increased by 53% in the first six months of this year, compared with a 52% increase in 2022.
