Viscose fibre producer accused of deforestation links in Indonesia

26913dd8 gp0sto8kh medium resRoyal Golden Eagle, one of the world’s largest producers of viscose fibres, has been accused of “hidden links” to a huge new pulp mill under construction in northeast Kalimantan, Indonesia, which could threaten some of the world’s largest tropical rainforests, according to a new report from Greenpeace.
