Vietnamese knitting factory gains green building certification
Hong Kong-based Crystal International Group, one of Asia’s largest knitwear manufacturers, has received an international green building certification system award for one of its knitting facilities in Vietnam.
The award was made to Regent Garment Factory, which achieved an EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies) building environmental certificate for its new factory building in recognition of the reduction in energy use, water use and embodied energy in materials to the required standards.
