HempFlax invests in Romanian hemp cultivation and processing


HempFlax, a Dutch company specialising in hemp processing, has invested €5m in hemp growing and processing in Romania, where its first factory opened in Alba County, central Romania, in October.

The investment is being used to support the Romanian hemp cultivation and processing market, with HempFlax buying hemp bales from local farmers, which it processes into fibres.
