China to invest in new flax processing factory in Belarus

A new flax processing facility will be set up in the Mogilev Oblast of Belarus with the help of Chinese investments, reports the BelTA news agency.

According to Mogilev Oblast First Vice Governor Oleg Chikida, for Belarus in general and Mogilev Oblast in particular, flax cultivation has become a strategically important area of activity bringing a significant economic effect, with flax goods in high demand both on the domestic and foreign markets.
