Aglika: Bulgarian family success and development
In the history of the Petkovi family and their Aglika factory, the destinies of several generations of textile engineers and the economic rise of Bulgaria’s Tvarditsa region are interwoven.
The former Petko Vladov textile factory in Tvarditsa was developed by engineer Petko Petkov from a small enterprise producing towels, a must-have accessory for weddings and christenings at the time, to a market leader.
