Stockmann acquires Russian business of Hugo Boss
Russian textile and clothing producer Stockmann has acquired the Russian business of German clothing manufacturer Hugo Boss, which includes 19 stores in Russia.
The deal, according to experts, could be worth RUB800m (US$8.6m), although the real market value of the business exceeds RUB1.8bn (US$19.3m).
