Aunde takes majority stake in Toyota Boshoku subsidiary
German automotive textiles producer Aunde Achter & Ebels has made an investment in TB Kawashima, a subsidiary of Japanese automotive component manufacturer Toyota Boshoku, part of the Toyota Group.
TB Kawashima was established in December 2009 and is developing and producing technical textiles for the automotive industry and other transport interiors sectors. Aunde and TB Kawashima have co-operated in India through a joint venture since 2020.
