UTT installs finishing line for airbag fabrics

Technical fabric manufacturer UTT, a subsidiary of Thailand-based chemical group Indorama Ventures, has installed a new textile finishing line for airbag fabrics.

The UTT weaving mill was founded in 1850 at its current location in Krumbach, Germany. Over the years the company’s manufacturing focus has shifted from the production of parachute fabrics to technical textiles, especially airbag fabrics.
