Tesca acquires Willy Schmitz

Automotive fabrics and seating components manufacturer Tesca has acquired Willy Schmitz, a supplier of automotive fabrics for an undisclosed sum.

Headquartered in Paris, France, Tesca, previously known as Trèves TSC Group, employs 3,500 people and operates 22 facilities worldwide.

Willy Schmitz, based in Mönchengladbach, Germany, supplies fabrics to German automotive manufacturers and other industries, including via its affiliated company Ogus, employing 150 people and operating two facilities in Germany.
