Turkish investor acquires wool factory in Bulgaria

Turkish company Altinmarka is the new owner of the wool processing factory in Parvomay, which was acquired for BGN9.3m (US$6.1m).

The facility was built by French investor ADF on 8 ha in 2002, but closed in 2008 owing to the crisis in the textile sector. The warehouses and production facilities were put up for sale.
