Russian expansion for knitted synthetic fabrics

Fabreex aims to become the largest producer of synthetic knitted fabrics in Russia within the next few years through the launch of a new production unit on a full-cycle basis. The company has already approved investments worth RUB700m (US$10m).

The new factory will be located in Uzlovaya, Tula region, on an area of ​​12,000 m2 and equipped with 20 circular knitting machines, together with dyeing equipment and drying, spreading and pile machines. This will increase the company’s overall capacity to 2,000 tonnes of knitted fabrics by the end of the year.
