Kordsa to buy majority stake in Italian composites firm
Kordsa of Izmut, Turkey, is to acquire the majority shares of Italian composites company Microtex Composites of Prato, which provides carbon fibre fabrics and prepregs for marine, motorsport and super-luxury automotive industries in Europe.
