Face mask 2.0 for viral communication

FacemaskDonut Robotics – a Japanese venture founded in 2014 out of a garage in Fukuoka – has been inundated with enquiries from international marketing companies in the past few months.

What has got them excited is the CFace – a face mask that connects to a smartphone app over Bluetooth and can so far instantly transcribe speech from Japanese into text messages in eight different languages, including English.
