E Miroglio buys bankrupt Serbian clothing maker

E. Miroglio has bought the bankrupt Pirot, Serbia-based Aha Mura Prvi Maj for RSD200m (US$1.05m).

The Italian-owned company was the sole bidder at a public auction at the end of October, as it was the only one to meet the terms of the sale by paying a deposit of RSD126.2m (US$1.23m) and providing a banking guarantee.
